During his tenure with the state, he investigated paternity and child support cases in addition to enforcing divorce and custody judgments. He has completed the State of Connecticut’s Guardian ad Litem and Attorney for the Minor Child training program, is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations, and continues to participate in family law continuing education seminars.
Kevin has been selected as a New England Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2021. Attorney O’Leary has been named to the American Institute of Family Law Attorney’s 10 Best in CT, Attorney and Practice Magazine’s Top 10 Family Law Attorney in CT, and Young Outstanding Lawyer by Best Attorneys of America.
Attorney O’Leary obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, Master of Science in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University. He is a lifelong resident of Connecticut and remains active in the community serving on local town boards and committees.
