That experience gives him valuable insight into support issues, enforcement matters, and the practical challenges families face when court orders and financial obligations are involved.
Attorney O’Leary has completed Connecticut’s Guardian ad Litem and Attorney for the Minor Child training program and remains active in the family law community through the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations. He has been selected as a New England Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2021 and has received additional recognition from national legal organizations for his work in family law.
Attorney O’Leary earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, his Master of Science in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University. A lifelong Connecticut resident, he remains active in his community through service on local town boards and committees.
