Attorney Maya Will is a family litigation attorney at Dolan Divorce Lawyers. Prior to joining Dolan, Maya was a Senior Family Attorney at Freed Marcroft, LLC where she handled a wide array of complex family law cases. Since her graduation from Quinnipiac Law School, Maya has had the opportunity to experience several different aspects of Connecticut law. Shortly after earning her degree, she clerked at the Bridgeport Courthouse Family Division and subsequently worked in private firms specializing in real estate and family law. Maya then joined the legal team at Subway World Headquarters, where she spent nearly 5 years assisting franchisees in securing locations across the globe. Following this experience, she launched her own solo practice focused on real estate during the peak of the pandemic in Connecticut. However, her passion for family law remained strong, and after the birth of her daughter, she decided to pursue that calling.
Maya graduated cum laude from Pennsylvania State University with a double major in Public Relations and Psychology, as well as a double minor in International Studies and Italian. During her studies, she spent a semester in Florence, Italy, and later spent a summer at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, while in law school. She ultimately graduated from Quinnipiac Law School with a concentration in Family Law. Maya has a deep passion for travel
Maya is a certified GAL/AMC for the State of Connecticut and is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New Haven County and Milford Bar Associations. She handles divorces, custody cases, post-judgment financial and custody matters, prenuptial agreements, restraining orders, and acts as mediation review counsel.
Maya is an active member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a cause that is near and dear to her heart. When not working, she spends her free time with her daughter and rescue puppy.
