My name is Michelle Gonzalez and I work full time, I am a single mother to 4 wonderful children, one who I just recently adopted. I am also a foster mommy. I have always instilled in my children the importance of school and work. I worked during the whole pandemic in the medical field, as 3 of my children did also. I have been divorced for the past 23 years from my children’s father who has TBI which caused a lot of not knowing what you are walking into when you get home from work. I have a great support system between my parents, my brothers and my children.
When I received the news that I was selected I literally cried when I saw what my daughter wrote and the generosity of Attorney Dolan to do something like this. I know my children always tell me how proud they are of me, but reading this just put so much emotion in me. Again, I cannot thank you enough.
